At Petsimi, we carefully partner with trusted fulfillment providers to ensure your order arrives safely and efficiently.

Order Processing:

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. If an item requires additional sourcing, processing may take approximately 2–5 business days.

Processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping & Delivery:

Shipping times and costs vary depending on the product, destination, warehouse, and shipping method. Available shipping options and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or customs.

Order Tracking:

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking may take a short time to become active.

Shipping Destinations:

Petsimi currently ships within the United States only. 

We’re working toward expanding our shipping options to additional countries soon. Stay tuned for updates!

Incorrect Address:

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may be unable to make changes. Petsimi is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
